The Inn of the Anasazi is just steps away from Santa Fe's historic Plaza, and named in the top 500 from Travel and Leisure.
The Inn is decorated in traditional Santa Fe decor, large wooden doors, fireplaces (Kiva's), old native rugs and relics. The top two floors feature water falls to relax around.
There are 58 rooms and all are decorated in the same rustic Santa Fe theme. All have Kiva's, hand carved wooden furniture, four poster beds, mini-bar and top of the line toiletries. The room rate also includes a breakfast, free wine and cheese reception, fuji water and afternoon cider.
There are three dining facilities. The restaurant has received four diamonds from AAA and four stars from Mobil. The Patio is the latest addition and offers outside dining. The Wine Cellar is available for private functions and is stylish, seats 12, and of course has a various selection of wines.
There is plenty to do while visiting such as stroll the historic plaza, visit ancient Indian dwellings, get healed at Santuario de Chimayo, go fly fishing, hiking or visit the opera.
