This inn has been featured in Gourmet, MONEY, Conde' Nast Traveler and more. Formerly a bordello and Propitiation Era speakeasy, the Savannah historic hotel mansion envelopes guests with fine living, Savannah style. It is located in the center of Savannah's historic district.

The rooms are decorated with antiques and are very nice. Some rooms offer balconies, canopy beds, fireplaces, and jacuzzi tubs.

Start the day off right with breakfast at a private table in the mansion or outside in the courtyard garden. Ballastone breakfast specialties include Peaches and Cream Stuffed French Toast, Low Country Benedict, and Made-to-Order Omelets.

Traditional Afternoon Tea features antique silver tea service, fine china, and lovely lavender-scented antique linens. The chef prepares finger sandwiches and sweets daily for tea service.

At 6:00 daily, visit the Victorian Bar for a glass of wine or your favorite cocktail. Each night hors d’oeuvres will be served on the bar as well.
